“It was comfortable and cozy felt like home. Alot of beaches ,trails and shopping around.”

“Communication with Mila was quick and responsive. She addressed all of our concerns. The house was very clean and in very good condition as shown in the photos. It is in a quiet location a few kilometers outside the main street of Barrie. The 5 bedrooms and bathrooms were essential for our group attending a wedding in Barrie. We would definitely rent this house again if we need to attend a function in the Barrie area.”

“Conveniently close to hwy, spacious but ad does not match the property. Cleanliness was not to expectations, bath towels were not fresh, amenities weren't all there (something as simple as garbage bags and dish towels) responsiveness was slow although friendly. It has such great potential if improvements are made.”
