Staff was fine, it’s not on them, but the facility is nasty and falling apart but still charging insane rates. Quite literally have stayed at $20 a night hostels nicer than this. Go elsewhere.

Loved the fact that this hotel was close to subway and Central Park. Did not like that the rooms were very small, no refrigerators in the rooms problems with the elevator… Extremely slow always breaking down, taking you to the wrong floor, etc. my toilet was broken. They provide you with a clothing steamer, but it does not work because I tried mine and one of my family members. . They do provide a continental breakfast.
