"The house was very nice. Mostly clean on the inside and spacious for our group, but (thinking if it was my home) the exterior of the house needs serious power washing and landscape clean-up. Internet & TV worked great. The kitchen was well stocked with all your needs, maybe a little messy and disorganized but if you keep looking you will find what you need! Pool and hot tub worked with no issues, but towards the end of the week the pool needed service. The dock down the hill was great. We brought kayaks. A ways down the stairs but totally worth it! We enjoyed the exercise! Since my previous review was censored and I am not allowed to say what I want, just do your homework before booking. There are lots of sites to pick from. Also, read the fine print on "full refund". "

"Very nice and very new. My kids slept great in these beds. There was plenty for everyone to do, and the most beds I’ve ever seen in a house. Or favorite thing to do was enjoy the fire pit while looking at the stars."

"Wow! What an amazing home and fantastic experience! The host (Daniel & co) are true professionals and made this feel like a 5 star luxury hotel experience. We had zero issues and the home was immaculate, but I’m confident if anything had come up that they would be on top of it. This home was perfect for our multifamily multi generation reunion. The kitchen had everything you could need and so much more. It felt like every amenity in the home you could think of was available. The water area was perfect for little kids and adults. We’ve never been to Lake Anna before and had no idea how warm and beautiful the water is! We would certainly come stay again. Thank you!"

"The Tucker and Satchell family had an awesome time at your beautiful home. We enjoyed the lake and the amenities inside the home. If we had any complaints it would be that there were disgusting objects on a couple of the pillows and there was a remote missing in one of the rooms. But allin all we had a wonderful time. "Great clean space. Lots of sitting room with ample heat on cold days. Easy access to downtown Louisa. If I had any comments to improve on, it would be to have more cooking pans. I could only find one 8in pan. "
