「The host was a charming gentleman who greeted me with a cool drink after a hot walk. The room was comfortable and the air con effective. A small kitchen area allowed me to make drinks/snacks. There's a lovely garden area to sit in. My friend was paying $70 more a night to stay in a local hotel and his experience was far worse. If you want to explore Dubrovnik you should stay here. 」

「Great location right across from main bus station & easy walk to ferry ports. Super close access to bus into Old Town as well. Luka was helpful in guiding us with sites & transportation. 「Family of four staying in adjoining rooms which was perfect. Modern decor in rooms,very comfortable and spacious bathrooms. Water and fruit on arrival in room and fridge for your useage.Rooms cleaned to a high standard daily.
Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice. Dinner was really good too, again buffet style with plenty to choose from.

「第一天入住，對於窗外的景色不甚滿意，因為是訂海景房，但看出去的景色被附近的地形及建物擋住八九成，對於這樣的海景房有些失望。透過 Hotels.com 的意見回復，隔天，飯店的接待經理立刻幫我換房間，還出面跟我解說，服務好的讓我有點受寵若驚。雖然是商務出差，大部分時間都得出門去開會，但是每天早上起床躺在床上看到美麗的海景，心情還是高興的。可惜是冬天來住，湛藍的海水跟美麗的海灘都無法使用，希望有機會可以再來這邊住，享受一下美麗的海灘跟清澈的海水。」

「我們被安排住在同系酒店 Royal princess hotel, 但事前沒收到通知，故check in 時找了些時間才到 princess 查詢。同系酒店只有一間開放，應是將所有預訂同系酒店的都放在一起。其他幾間都維修中，故周邊環境不佳，有太多建築進行中。酒店本身質素很好，房間大，整潔，早餐食物種類及質素亦合理。停車就放在街邊，5星酒店都不開停車場有些奇怪。酒店離舊城有10多分鐘車程，如有定期穿梭巴士會更佳。但以價格來說，整體上是超值的。」

"本次住二晚。銀卡會員礼遇紅酒，沒有準備，員工說不知道，會問主管，如有隔天補。隔天出去玩回來，再問櫃台，員工說是我的錯，因為我出去門口掛請勿打擾，送不進來，直接說我的錯。
