“I understand that I booked a smoking room because that was the only option available at the time. However, on the day of my arrival, I noticed non-smoking rooms available online and called to inquire about switching rooms. I was told that no non-smoking rooms were available and that I would need to keep the smoking room. While I expected some smoke odor in a smoking room, my husband and I felt compelled to wipe down multiple surfaces ourselves with disinfectant wipes and Lysol because there was……
