We have added in an option to purchase CFAR insurance which is cancel for any reason. That way you are protected for 60% of your reservation cost and since they only pay 60% we are offering a credit for the 40% to be used at a different stay if they close Copper Mountain.
This insurance can be added in by emailing me right after you make the reservation and it is 9.8% of the total reservation cost! This insurance can be applied to reservations more then 30 days prior to check in date.

Come on up for a great getaway at the biggest mountain in Summit County. We offer the finest amenities and convenient location in Copper Mountain to access world-class skiing just steps away from the American Eagle and American Flyer lifts. Fun for all to be had, with great restaurants, excellent activities for kids of all ages, any time of year. Ask about the fantastic day-care available.
Amenities also include three hot-tubs with outstanding views a great exercise facility and ski-lockers at the walk-in level for convenience.
Ski/board services, restaurant/bar, coffee & apparel shops on building ground floor with nightlife, entertainment, rock climbing wall & shopping right outside building entrance on "main" street.
Great accommodations. Walking distance to village, Convention Center & ice skating pond with large outdoor fireplace.
The condo comes with parking for 1 car in the heated parking garage. Extra parking is in the north Apline lot.
ABOUT COPPER MOUNTAIN: Known as the 'Local's Favorite,' Copper Mountain is the largest ski and snowboard resort in Summit County. It is also the only ski resort that features naturally separated terrain, allowing beginners, intermediates, and experts to ski and ride on their own distinct areas of the mountain. Its central location (situated between Breckenridge/Keystone to the east and Vail to the west) makes it ideal for the guest who wants to get out and enjoy other resorts as well.

NOTE: We have a total of 8 condos at Copper mountain, so we have something for everyone. From slopefront to 200 yards away!

Great condo and perfect location!

The condo was great, very clean and perfect for our family of 5. Great host who was very responsive and helpful with our stay. Passage Point is a great location in Center Village and has 3 large hot tubs and a great workout gym!

Great location, clean and well maintained place

We stayed here for our long weekend ski trip. We were easily able to walk to the main ski lifts as well as various restaurants at the base of the resort. The place is clean and well maintained, the kitchen has all the necessary equipment. Will consider staying there again!

Great location, but….

Old, tired and outdated. Beds were not comfortable. Furniture was old and about to fall apart. For the price you have to pay for this property, go somewhere else.

Conveniently Located in Central Village

Short walk to American Eagle and American Flyer ski lifts, restaurants and shops. The kitchen was adequately equipped which was important because during our week-long stay, we cooked all but three meals in the condo due to COVID. Unfortunately, the outdoor spa was closed due to COVID, but understandable.

Nice place

This place had everything we needed. You cannot ski to the condo, but the walk is short and the balcony provides easy access to place your skis. There is a lot of foot traffic going through the “back door” to the building so expect greetings while enjoying the balcony.

The management was great. But it didn’t feel clean. There was an under garment on the back of the bedroom door, the furniture is old and bedding needs to be updated. The hot tub wasn’t working during our stay. I realize prices are increased over the holidays, but it didn’t feel that the quality matched the price. No coffee and only 1 bar of soap. They either need to lower prices to lower expectation or update.

Nice location for access to lifts

Easy access to Center Village and lifts. Room was clean and ready when we arrived. Availability of a parking space in the garage was nice. Master bedroom is big and the overall size of the condo is fine for four people. Only thing that could have been better was the bed in the master bedroom. It was very firm and felt like a cheap motel mattress, glad I only had to sleep on it two nights.

I was delighted with Passage Point 118 and would not hesitate in booking it in the future. It is a very convenient ground floor condo at the quiet end of a hallway. My husband and I went to Copper Mountain for a short trip for some great skiing. This condo was great... In center village near everything. Just walked to the ski lift! Has a ski locker which was super convenient and did take advantage of the hot tubs (3 of them!) Easy to get key and info. Thanks for a great place to vacation!

Fantastic location

The property is in a great location. Short and easy walk to many shops, restaurants, and ski lifts. Simple one bedroom has everything you need. I had an issue getting into the parking garage. It was handled within minutes. We hope to stay here again.
