"This hotel is a joke. This is nothing compared to a 5 star hotel or a resort. It's more like an Inn/Motel. Don't be fooled by the pictures on expedia. Roaches all over. Bed bugs under the blanket. Very unhygienic, especially if your traveling with a kid. Extremely disappointed. We checked out in less than 2 days. Additionally they only refunded for 1 night, not both nights. Terrible people. Food was alright though!"

"Room was beyong our expectation.
Staff was friendly and understanding.
Best part was the peacefull environment. We enjoyed every second and food was good. A must stay place if you are visiting Nanital with family and specially kids."
