「Very disappointing experience. When I entered the room, the bed sheets weren’t even properly put on the bed, and the pillows were scattered around the room. The bathtub was also clogged, and the water wouldn’t drain at all. The overall condition of the room was terrible and clearly not well maintained. A hotel room should at least be clean, organized, and fully functional when a guest checks in. Very disappointing and definitely not what I expected.」

「Stayed for a few nights while visiting friends. Staff was very nice and accommodating as our flight was delayed multiple times and we kept moving our check in time. It was nice that the front desk was 24 hours to accommodate us. Bed was comfortable and shower was really nice. We only ate at the breakfast one morning and it was slightly better than other free breakfasts that I’ve had at hotels. Nice to have some hot breakfast items and fresh waffles. The staff at breakfast was very helpful...

Most of the time my calls aren’t even answered. My experience has turned from disappointment in the quality of the hotel to absolute frustration at the customer service.」
