「Beautiful, spacious property. Practical Details for Americans: they have a water kettle not a coffee pot, so purchase instant or bag coffee before you come, not beans or ground. They have a washer and dryer. You need to bring pods and be aware, it's a condenser dryer that takes about 2 hours to dry a verysmall load (5-6 items). Be sure to empty the dryer water tank. It's muddy on the property, so bring slippers or alternate shoes plus something to put your shoes in to protect your suitcase....

「Loved this stay. Affordable, clean, quiet. It’s a bit far for a direct walk to downtown but there’s a bus stop right nearby, and we didn’t mind getting the extra walking in so mad the walk multiple times anyways. The campus is gorgeous, you can walk by the River and get a nice view of a castle. Campus wasn’t busy at all. Highly recommend if you’re in the area looking for somewhere affordable. I’ll probably be staying here whenever I’m in the city in the future.」

「This is good for those who just ned a bed at the end of the day and are more up for site-seeing. Its provides the basics. Location was good for me that I was away from the city center it was quiet it was Secure very minimal of course because it's College residence it was a 30-minute walk to go downtown but only a 10-minute walk to Tesco & 15 min where the boutique shops were located. 」

「Castlehacket House is an amazing place in a very lovely, but remote location. We were very well taken care of in a beautiful room with a lovely breakfast the next day. The hosts took care of all the guests at breakfast with a very personable service and it is somewhere I would not hesitate to return too.」

「No other residents. Bar/Restaurant closed and no staff there after I checked in until next morning. Not close to Headford. Had to exit through side door to get to my car and drive about ten miles to get dinner.」

「Great location in Cong. Close to everything. Parking wasn't a problem. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. The only advice is that they don't have an elevator/lift. If you're on the second floor, you will have to haul your luggage up a narrow flight of stairs. Also, like most places in Ireland, no wash clothes. 」
