"The house is located at the end of a shared stone driveway and has a beautiful view across Waneta Lake. My wife and I wanted a house that was close to some of the waterfall hikes, breweries and wineries in the area. We loved our hikes and exploring, but also looked forward to returning to the house in the secluded and peaceful setting. Each morning we sat in front of the large windows overlooking the lake and watched as daylight slowly started and the birds began to fly up and down the lake."

"Me and my new husband stayed here for a mini honeymoon following our wedding. This place was perfect to rest and unplug after the chaos of wedding planning. The location was great because we could chose to stay in on the quite lake, or easily drive to Watkins Glen or wineries when wanted. Matthew was informative and helpful! We would happily come back!"

"This a unique property with very good energy. It is very clean and the bed is comfortable. Jennifer was delightful and brought us wine, cheese, crackers and salami - a wonderful treat to share with our guests. The kitchen was well appointed and we made pancakes and eggs for our family that we visited. All were very interested to see inside the property. I would stay there again in an instant!"

"We had such a great stay here for a week. Being right on the lake brought the four of us the peace and quiet we were all hoping for. Two of us could get cell service and two of us couldn't. My husband and I never missed our phones once. It was just so nice to be steps away from the water. There were kayaks for us to use, paddle boat and a row boat. We used all of them. And that great country fresh air led to some great naps and sleeping. We only ventured out a few days. Lot's of things to do in...

"This trip was planned as a girls getaway to surprise our daughter (who has three sons) coming up from Florida for a long weekend. We had such a fun time we decided to make it a yearly tradition. The house held all 8 of us comfortably, in a beautiful setting right on Seneca Lake, offering a beautiful display of Gods creation from either of the two decks. LOTS of laughter & love!"

"This lovely home was perfect for us as we spent time together exploring the beautiful fingerlakes area. My husband and I appreciated the cozy 1st floor bedroom, and our daughter enjoyed the 2nd floor bedroom with bathroom and cute little balcony. The firepit was accessible by a short walk down a slight slope to the waters edge, and the sunsets were amazing. We loved staying here, thanks for sharing it with us!"

"My son and I had a great stay! The unit was very clean and comfortable. The location was great. It is within walking distance to 3 wineries and two or three restaurants. Very close to Watkins Glen, Seneca Lake, and Finger Lakes National Forest. We also visited Geneva, Seneca Falls, Ithaca, and Taughhannock State Forest."

"The stay was wonderful! An extremely beautiful view, clean and serene space, and everything was provided for. Dave and his family were wonderful, and helped provide everything we could need. Even getting us out of the mud on the first night. Close to some of the best wineries and eats in the area, and a short drive to some very visually stunning parks beyond the lake itself. Their dog, Willy was an extra, added friend to us, and made our trip even more special. - Pete"
