「Absolutely beautiful house. Probably the best stocked vacation house Ive ever stayed in. Comfy beds, nice sheets, plenty of towels. Kitchen stocked with all the necessities plus some. The girls in my group all loved it. Nice location, not really walkable to downtown, but a just 4 min drive. Would highly recommend for a family or large group. 」

「My partner and I stayed in this great unit for Alumni weekend. Kitchen has all you need. Bathroom is great. Bed is lower than normal for me, my 50 year old alumni body made do! My partner played in the Alumni lacrosse game - easy drive and location to everything you could imagine fun in Chico. Great alleyway parking area.Well lit at night which I loved. Great drapes. AC worked wonderfully. The stay was super pleasant and quiet at night. Decor inside is pleasant, modern with some 70 cool vibes....
