「Staff and rooms were great. Hotel restaurant switched from Starbucks coffee to Seattles Best to horrid Nescafe all in the past 6 months. Left the restaurant without order food after one taste of the Nescafé. Do better. Charge the extra $.25 and provide better coffee.」

「We stayed 4 nights, room 311 on the 3rd floor. The room was okay with a a King bed and the bathroom was clean. The internet was one thing that worked well in our room. The morning breakfast (7-10am) was quite good, except the coffee carafes would often become empty for quite awhile before they got replaced.
There were just a bunch of little things that were not being done or not being maintained.
For example:
The vinyl curtains had many splits in them with duct tape trying to hold them...
