Take advantage of plenty of parking (for 5 vehicles) when you pull up to this gorgeous house located in the Villages of Ocean Hill.** Enjoy beach toys and chairs, as well as a 2-person kayak (subject to availability) to begin exploring the nearby ocean to the east and the Currituck Sound to the west! Rinse off in the Enclosed Outdoor Shower and make your way out back to the Private Saltwater Pool* that's perfect for cooling off on a hot, summer day. Play some Corn Hole or relax in the Adirondack and lounge furniture with umbrellas that surround the pool. Let your worries wash away in the Bubbly Hot Tub as the smell of salt air rises up to greet you! Step inside to the Entertainment Room on the Ground Level where you can relax on the Leather Sofa Bed with your favorite shows playing on the 65” HDTV in the background. A Wet Bar with a Full-Size Refrigerator, Ice Maker, and Wine Cooler ensure that a delicious snack is never far away. Get the kiddos settled into the Bunk Bedroom with a Pyramid Bunk Bed and with their own 43” HDTV and a Full Bathroom so that they can enjoy their vacation just as much as the grownups!

Hop on the Elevator and make your way upstairs to the Middle Level where each room opens up onto a patio or deck, giving everyone the chance to wake up to the smell of sea with their own private space to relax.
