Beautiful view but house needs updating

This home had an incredible view, close enough to walk to the beach and in a great location. It really needs a DEEP cleaning, tons of cobwebs, changing shower liners that had mildew, updating of appliances (microwave was rusting, downstairs freezer wouldn’t open all the way, and grill needs to be replaced). Wouldn’t stay here again.

Great place to stay with a big family. Plenty of room, nice private pool plus access to the community pool, and the fisherman really liked having the dock to fish off of.

The property was nice with a beautiful view. The only issue was that there were bugs everywhere. They had to come and vacuum the bugs off of the ceiling. This was only a temporary fix because all of the doors and windows were covered with them so whenever you opened the door they flew in. We ended up having to hang out on the first floor so that we could try and keep the bugs away from the top floor where the kitchen was
