Great vacation home

The house was wonderful for our family vacation. The pool was great and the views from the decks were beautiful. We would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay. Great location, cleaner than expected, description was accurate. If you have a sports car or low vehicle you will have a problem getting into the steep driveway.

Great extended family vacation!

This property is great. Even though the property is managed by a leasing company, the owner still made direct contact with us to be sure everything was to our satisfaction. I would recommend this property to anybody and everybody. You will not be disappointed.

House good overall. Plenty os space. Driveway brutal. Boards on deck and front steps need serious attention. Need better Kerig for multiple adults. Need gas grill.

Amazing house

Point of Views was such a delight!! We stayed with 3 other couples- all of us have 2 kids ages 4 and under- and the space very nicely accommodated the 16 of us. The sunset & sunrise views were such a treat, not to mention being able to watch the 4th of July fireworks from the top deck. Short list of favorite things- the porch swings and hammock on the second deck level, the pool being able to handle the kids & adults without feeling crammed, walk to beach was less than 3 minutes. Things I will mention for future renters I wish I’d known- if you’re traveling with young kids bring baby gates!! There are lots of steps and we found this very helpful. Also, prepare for lots of steps! Lastly, there are really sharp brambles/briars in the back yard so do not walk on the grass without shoes. Flip side of that, biggest yard I’ve seen especially with a pool at a house in Corolla and the doggies loved it. Kitchen well stocked with cooking things. Thank you for everything!!

Beautiful home away from home!

We decided to try a family vacation in Corolla for the first time and we all totally fell in love with everything in Corolla. The house was beautiful, when you sit on the couch in the living room the view is gorgeous! We were a short walk to the beach and very close to the grocery store and enjoyed the local restaurants. We can't wait to go back and will definitely stay in the same house!

Kitchen was well equipped everything you would need.

Wifi is spotty, a few upper deck boards are soft, owner aware and to be replaced. Over-all a great house, large back yard.

House was nice but not cleaned very well

The house was perfect for the family but on arrival there were 3 shower liners with mold, the bathrooms weren’t cleaned very well, and the backyard weeds were high with several dog poop piles left. The support service was wonderful and responded quickly to the problems.

Perfect house!

Perfect house for our family vacation. Had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook. Plenty of seating in the house, spacious. The secured fence around the pool was a HUGE benefit (we had 3 small children) while playing outside with the kids. Driveway is kinda steep but wasn't a huge issue. Short walk to the beach. Definitely the perfect house for a family!

Beautiful house

We had a group of 12 just stayed here. The house was exactly as listed plus more. We brought way too much stuff with us. The house had it all. The beach is less than 5 min walk. We had a great time, plenty of space to spread out. The only thing that we didn't like was the driveway way is very steep. You can see where everyone scraps the bottom of their car coming and going. Other than that it is an awesome house!

We had a wonderful time. We would definitely revisit. Only one recommendation. Bedding for pull out couches should be supplied. There were none.

We stayed at Point of Views and had an absolutely amazing time with our kids and grandkids!!! The house is absolutely beautiful and had every kitchen item you would ever need!!! They had plenty of deck chairs, pool chairs etc. Would highly recommend this house!!!!
