“We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights between December 13 and 22, 2025 for funeral services. Leah at the front desk went above and beyond to help us with our requests. She always greeted us with a warm smile, making us feel at home at all times. She is incredibly pleasant, and it’s clear she would do anything she could to help. We are truly grateful for her outstanding service.”

“We were able to get an early check in which was amazing since it was our first time and really wanted to take advantage. Overall great experience. I only wished they offered room service because my husband and I ended up getting pretty hungry towards the end of the night. Also recommend bringing some sort of electrolyte to stay hydrated. Amazing time trying out all the different pools . Will be back ”

“We went there that night, and I was extremely dissatisfied as soon as I entered the room. I asked the hotel to change rooms, but they said they were full and couldn't change even if I was willing to pay extra. Although I was unhappy all night, it wasn't a big deal. But what happened next left me completely baffled. This hotel actually used handwritten check-in forms instead of a self-service computer system. More than ten days later, we were still receiving emails from the hotel urging us to pay……
