Home was excellent. Clean, very large home with room for a large family or several families staying together. Well stocked with everything we needed. Large yard, quiet neighborhood. We were there for a month to just relax and be lazy which we were able to do. Only two miles from town and beach. Host has very excellent communication skills. Questions answered immediately. It is listed as wheelchair accessible and it is to only part of the house. The bathrooms are not handicapped safe, there are no safety bars at all the shower is not safe. The larger bathroom is only accessible from outside are down two large steps.

We stay in Rockport once or twice a year. This place was the cleanest place ever. It was very stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, clean towels, kitchen utensils, etc. Our 80+ year old parents had all the accommodations they needed! Our 14 year old daughter and her friend had all the accommodations they needed. The owner was very accommodating and answered all questions immediately. We would definitely recommend this place!
