Dear anonymous. We unfortunately need more information to investigate this concern regarding this reservation issue. However i am aware of a delayed payment process when booking through your booking agent and this may be the issue in question? Their is about a 30 minute window that any new reservations endure to approve online payments. However if this is not your issue I do apologize for the confusion.
