Hi Michael - We are sorry to see that your stay did not meet your expectations. Please note that when booking with Expedia you are booking a room type and not a specific room. When you made your displeasure known to us we unfortunately did not have a 2 bedroom efficiency (with a kitchenette) we could move your party to and you were not interested in upgrading to a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. While we understand your complaint your stay was accommodated as booked.

We expected a condo suite and received a room no bigger than any other hotel room. In fact smaller. The pictures online are very deceiving. It was clean, people were nice.

Absolutely loved our stay and will be back! The place was so clean and smelled so good when we went into our room. All the staff was amazingly nice and very helpful and friendly. Guest were friendly. The beach was so close and beach access was very easy. My husband and I had such a great time as soon as we got home we were looking at new booking dates there.

ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN, OFFICE ON SITE WITH GREAT HELPFUL STAFF, GREAT TO BE ABLE TO WALK ONTO BEACH AND DRIVE ONTO THE BEACH FROM THE PARKING LOT, POOLS ON SITE WITH HOTTUB AND BBQ PITS ALL OVER.

Great couples trip.
The location was perfect - right on the beach with a view from our room. The pools were great. The room inside was the perfect size for the 2 of us. Cute decor. Minimal and not crowded. There is a restaurant next door that is good.

Short stay
The place was surprisingly clean. I had 3 teens and they liked the place. 1 room had a stove and the other didnt. We slept and showered well. Only espn 2 for sports channels.

There were several large water bugs which I'm deathly afraid of. In the room through out the trip. And both mornings and alarm went off. I almost think it was being done purposefully to wake people up. Then shortly after some kind of maintenance work. Sawing and banging sounded like apt above is.
