Bonito pero le faltan mejor Limpiesa y mejor mantenimiento

we were so happy to spend a little vacation and to begin with the terrible cleanliness everything was very dirty and we were damaged clothes and personal things because water was falling everywhere we were sleeping and water was falling on our faces the place is very nice but they have to improve on that kind of thing if we were a little disappointed

Easter weekend getaway

Everything was great. The location was on point by restaurants, beach, and stores. If I had to complain about anything I would say during the non summer months the pools should be heated. The water was extremely cold. Thankfully on our last day my family got to enjoy the jacuzzi.

Noisy

No way to take a nap at this one. Right next to main entry to pool and walkways on three sides. Liked the property pretty well and heated pool with beach access, but not this unit 109.

Grand time at a "home away from home"

Very convenient! It was our first time to visit Port A. Very relaxing! We loved the condo set up. Very quiet! We plan to visit again!!

Great Location

The unit was in a perfect location for small kids. It’s super convenient to get back and forth between the beach, pool and condo. Would stay in this unit again even without the toddler.

Great stay

Great stay! Easy to get into, very clean, friendly people everywhere and very kid friendly. We had one maintenance issue when we first arrived and it was addressed immediately. Only improvements I could think of would be to leave a broom and some more trash bags available.

Fun & Sun Perfection

Extremely Satisfied with every aspect of our getaway, thanks to this Condo we rented at the Mayan Princess. We were more inside than out due to weather but our time was glorious! The decor was tastefully beach with attention to the smallest details. All appliances were provided and in working order. The showers were clean, perfect pressure, temperature and lighting. What a wonderful vacation experience. Would recommend again and again. Fully expect to return real soon. The pictures posted are true to life!

Tasteful and clean unit

Very tasteful beach decor, not kitchy, but restful. Comfy furniture and all in-kitchen items needed. Owners take great care of this unit. However, had to wash most pots, pans, glasses and dishes before use as they were not clean/had lip marks on glasses and greasy pots/pans. Check faucet in hall bath. Does not shut off. A/C does not cool unit evenly. Hot in living groom and cold in bedrooms, probably due to big bank of glass windows, which are beautiful, but could not open curtains without heating livingroom. Unit is quiet, although right next tool pool...was not a noise problem. However, master bedroom window right by housekeeping room and stairwell which was noisy early in the morning. None of these issues really affected pleasure of stay and would stay in Riga unit again. Only concern was propeety did not hold guests to mask mandate inside common spaces. Additionally, though I called a day ahead and spoke to property manager about an early check-in, as instructed, and was told we could get into the unit around 1pm, unit was not ready until after 3pm.
