Great House!

Perfect house for multiple families. The kids loved the bunk room. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need plus more! The outside fire pit was great for cold evenings and the outside games were fun! Thank you for providing so many extras in your house.

Wonderful Time at The Best Little Shore House

We greatly enjoyed our time at this property! Everything was just as listed. The weather wasn’t the best during our stay, but we barely regretted any lost beach time, as the kids had just as much fun fishing in the nearby pond. The well-furnished patio area downstairs was a highlight for us, as was the ample sleeping space for our group of 9. The exceptional stock of beach gear included for use was also a nice bonus! Avantstay was a great host, and all of our questions or concerns were addressed quickly and thoroughly. We would absolutely return here, and have already discussed booking again next summer!
