Beautiful clean home just steps from the beach. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy our time at the coast together.

Clean, comfortable, nice location

I like this location. I have stayed in this neighborhood many times. The house was clean and comfortable. Managers responded promptly when I had concerns or questions. There are nice ocean views. I was disappointed to learn that there is basically no network television available unless you have your own streaming service.

Great location

The check-in process is very easy. The house had more than enough room. We had four adults and four kids. I do wish the listing would specify that two bedrooms and a bath are downstairs separated from the main living area. Our kids were old enough to go to the downstairs part, but it could be a concern for younger children. The location was ideal. There is a walking path to the beach and there is a wagon in the garage to use.

Nice beach house

Loved this place!! The microwave didn’t work but we had a replacement brought over very quickly. The microwave installed over stove needs to be replaced. We noticed it was rusted and corroded inside the door so you could see that there is probably leakage of waves if it worked. The pictures on the website show that the community pool was part of Casa Rosada but the night before over trip I was told it wasn’t. That was upsetting and confusing since the photos show the pool. That needs to be checked into. Don’t understand how this house can be in this neighborhood and not be included in the pool
