A wonderful condo close to everything you need
Our group was two couples and two children. The condo was perfect for us. We had plenty of room. Everything was very clean and updated. We enjoyed our trip very much. We had everything we needed as far as basic kitchen supplies, towels, etc. We enjoyed some of the games provided as we spent time together around the kitchen table. There were even quite a few beach toys, boards, and a wagon for our beach use, which was quite convenient. One small suggestion would be a garden hose on the side of the garage where the faucet is, to rinse our feet more easily of beach sand - to keep it out of the condo, as much for the benefit of the owner as for ourselves.

Loved that it was clean and close to the beach! Our family stay was private and very comfortable. Had problems with the handheld garage door opener not working properly at times but other than that a fantastic place to stay. Look forward to booking property again!

Spring Break
Condo was as pictured and location was good. Last one on the row making it quiet and restful. Short drive to the beach. Unfortunately the weather was only good our first day. Management was delayed with check in details as with my past experience with vacation rentals I received check in codes the day before. I had to send message to management two hours before check in at 4 o'clock. Suggestions for owners: There was a shortage of wash, hand and bath towels for a three night stay. Also shortage of laundry and dish soap. I had taken two laundry tabs which we used to have clean towels for bathing. To future guests: bring condiments and spices if you intent to cook. With all that said, I would use this condo again.
