Hi! I stayed for six weeks at this location. The townhouse was spacious and close to a public beach, which was convenient. I'm giving three stars because the beach was very nice, but otherwise, I would rate this location with fewer than three stars. When I arrived, there was overflowing garbage bins outside the doors, and it took five days to have them emptied. I was not notified that painters would be onsite for more than two weeks. They were disruptive and entered the garage of the townhouse without my permission . They also threw tarps over my vehicles in the garage without asking me. The dryer didn't work - because the painters painted the vents shut. The garage door broke and was not repaired for five days. The wifi wasn't great either, and for a remote worker, that is unacceptable. The wifi improved immensely after I bypassed the management company's portal for logging in. Note that there is no grill at this location and no desk for remote workers. During my stay a new management company took over, but some of these issues occurred with both the old and new management companies. The new management company's local representative was responsive, and they are reimbursing me for a small part of my trip, but truthfully, it is not enough since the entire trip was ruined by these issues. I enjoyed the walks on the nearby beach, but that is all I enjoyed.
