Coral Reefer VW59 offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. First floor will have your double queen room + sleeper sofa with full bath and kitchenette. The 2nd floor has a king bed in the primary bedroom, private bath, private balcony, and 2 other bedrooms that share a full bath. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other is a bunk room with a full bed on the bottom and twin on the top. The washer and dryer are also located on this floor. Up the stairs on the third level you will find a huge open living room, kitchen and dining area. There is also a half bath on this level. This home offers multiple decks and a look out deck on the top of the house. This home has parking spaces for 4 cars and 1 golf cart parking (Golf cart NOT included). This gated community is only a few minutes drive to the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. STR#381437

- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
