Excellent location and view. Easy access to pool and beach. Lovely balcony for sitting and enjoying waves. Residence well stocked with provisions. There were four of us; we were very comfortable; more people would have been comfortable too. Property staff very helpful and courteous. Again, this particular unit is in an excellent location.

Great stay

The condo is beautifully decorated and well-stocked. They had all the things we needed but forgot to bring! The bed was comfy and the pillows were perfect. The pools were great, and the beach is easy to get to. Parking was tricky because it was a really busy weekend at the resort. Front desk staff were super sweet and helpful. Great stay!

The unit had everything we needed to enjoy our 4 nights. We were able to cook all of our meals as the unit was fully stocked with everything you would need. I would definitely bring your own seasonings, coffee, creamers, etc. The pool and beach access were conveniently located right outside our door. When we weren’t outside we enjoyed relaxing and watching movies or sitting on the balcony reading/chatting while listening to the waves. We enjoyed our stay so much and cannot wait to return!

We did not stay after walking the unit. It was filthy and air was stagnant. Very much like gross motel vibes overall. There was stained pillows in one room, stained seats on the bar stools with hair, stained kid chair that sat at a small desk with a charger for a Nintendo switch, the living room carpet had dark stains, dried up food in the entertainment center, and guest room closet door wouldn’t open at all and then after looking up it wasn’t on the track. Parking was awful. Our SUV and truck could barely fit to get to the assigned parking. The entire home was not up to par at all compared to the photos. When contacting the host there was no answer nor any call back yet I was told someone would be reaching out. When asking to cancel the stay, the host didn’t offer any assistance. Nor did they answer the Vrbo customer service team on multiple attempts. I had to wait for prolonged responses from the host while trying to enjoy my stay with my family. On top of everything, I received a call this morning from La Mirage regarding a missing Nintendo switch that wasn’t present upon my arrival. If proper checklists were done on this unit after each stay, they’d know that there wasn’t one before I got there. I demand a refund and will take further action if not resolved.
