Loft condo
Loft style condo 206 is dirty, the ceiling has so much dust on it, it looks black! no dishwasher, no internet, the TV sound went up and down! The couch has no pad in it, feels like the bed has a box spring only! When we got ready to go, we took pillow cases off,( to help) and one pillow had blood all over it and it has been washed! Gross! it should have been thrower away!Will never stay again!

Location is great but… Must READ
When we checked in not all keys were located in the lock box, no big deal, we figured it out. Hurried out the door after check in to the beach (right across the street) returned to the unit to find the sheets were DIRTY (Loose hair floating on the top, dog hair (no pet unit), sand and particles all over the bottom sheets), emailed vacasa and sent videos of the sheets - clean linens were not provided until after 5:30 pm the next day. The upstairs bedroom is hot and muggy, the AC unit downstairs does not cool upstairs so bring a fan, mini AC unit, or sleep downstairs if you can’t sleep in a sauna. I was advised the property manager that managed this unit would come speak to me about the issues we had and provide some sort of refund - we never heard from her nor did we receive a refund for the first night. Overall the location is amazing! You will be within walking distance to the beach, local night life, while offering a quiet retreat to a family friendly unit.

Great atmosphere. Very easy to get into and out of to destinations. Just a short walk to the beach. Everything you need from kitchen to bathroom!

Close to Beach
Overall was pretty happy, but there was no elevator for my elderly mother. Might want to point that out in the future, I would have gotten a ground floor unit if I had known.

Nice stay for a last minute getaway.
Location was correct with it said couple minute walk to beach. Did have trouble with our key, some how the unit key that was in the lock box belong to another unit. Just happened that the other unit was having issues with their key so we swapped keys and come to find out we had their key and they had ours. Property management was notified about the key issue. Condo was nice inside but we did noticed a few things. Couple of red stains on the floor by countertop and restroom. Also noticed the bathroom sink would slowly drain once we started using it. And last was the Futon. When we moved the futon away from the wall to use, we noticed that top corner of it was missing hardware to have the futon slide up and down and lock in place. But other than that, we still enjoyed our stay there.

Did not stay long
I arrived around 10pm, the check-in was easy. However, upon arriving to condominium, we noticed the loft had an unusual staircase to the upstairs bedroom. The staircase was a spiral staircase and you could not bring luggage up the staircase without having to contort yourself to do it. The master bedroom was upstairs and did not have a bathroom connected to it. You would have to get up in the middle of the night if you had to go to the restroom. But the deal breaker was when we turned on the kitchen light and roaches ran across the floor and when we opened the refrigerator there was a dying roach on the bottom shelf. Due, to all the factors we proceeded to check into an extended stay hotel. This property was not what I was expecting and we have stayed in the area before. I am going to get charged for a condominium I stayed in less than 15 minutes. Beware of these pictures.

It was OK
The place was just OK. The dishwasher was broken, the utensils and stuff didn’t really look all that clean. It’s really small. This place is a lot of turnover, and just seems like everything looked pretty rough. Lamp didn’t work, beds were OK, things seemed to need some tlc. However, the pool was handy and the hot tub was large, it rained so we used that a lot. The proximity to the beach is tough to beat. You could walk or drive and be there in just a second. This is an old place. If you weren’t spending a lot of time inside, go for it. We were there on a rainy week.
