The Space:
Tucked away on a quiet residential street right in town, you’ll be less than a mile from the beach, making day trips to and from the shore a literal breeze. In the other direction, take a stroll to Roberts Point Park located alongside the marina to take in the panoramic views of the ship channel. A community pool is just steps from your front door where you can lounge in the sun or enjoy a refreshing swim. For the fishing enthusiasts in your crew, Port Aransas is also a dream destination for anglers of all ages and skill levels, offering pier fishing to deep sea excursions or fishing right off the beach. Cap off the afternoon by grilling up your fresh catch on the convenient outdoor barbeque. Tans may fade, but the memories at Dockside are certain to last a lifetime!

The home has an open floor plan that encourages relaxation and connectivity, offering enough space for everyone to spread out. The cozy living room offers a comfy sofa and armchair seating for a movie night or keeping up with episodes of your favorite shows on the smart TV. Steps away, gather the crew for a family game night or to enjoy a meal at the dining table with seating for 7. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary endeavors, featuring full sized appliances and ample counterspace and cabinetry for preparation and storage. This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 5 private bedrooms plus pull-out couches.

Bedroom #1 includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a smart TV on the bottom floor - Perfect for the kids!

Bedroom #2 on the second floor includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3, second floor includes a full-over-full bunk bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed and a smart TV also on the second floor.

Bedroom #5 includes a king size bed, smart TV and is also located on the second floor.

Optional sleeper sofa in the living room can sleep two more guests in addition to sleeping spaces in the bedrooms.

The home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Parking for 2 vehicles or 1 vehicle along with a boat or trailer.
• The downstairs bunkroom with two twin beds is a smaller room, perfect for young kids.
• This home is pet friendly. There is an additional pet fee of $60 for up to 2 nights for 2 pets with additional fees for longer stays. Guests are required to clean up after pets and keep them on a leash.

Good stay, house was still dirty from the previous party and the pools pump was broken for the duration of my stay which made the pool dirty. The check in was the worst part. I had to contact them to find the house and code. Took about 10-15 minutes for that.
