Experience the best of both North Padre Island and Port Aransas at this newer home off La Concha Blvd.

Conveniently situated halfway down Highway 361, offering easy access to both popular areas while providing a secluded beach location and relaxing atmosphere. Sit on the deck and watch the birds next to the heavily birded marsh while listening to the distant waves crash on the beach.

Completed in 2015, this property sleeps 6 with top-notch, updated accommodations and fun coastal decor.
Master bedroom with queen-sized bed, second bedroom with two Twin XL bunk beds, and flat-screen TVs in all bedrooms and living area. Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, granite countertops, and coffee makers. Wood floors, high ceilings, and open-concept living area perfect for entertaining.
Washer and dryer provided in-unit for added convenience.

The outdoor space offers a delightful sitting area adorned with a fire pit and comfortable hammocks, ideal for lounging and enjoying the serene ambiance. Additionally, there's a convenient BBQ pit where you can grill up delicious meals while enjoying the fresh air. An outdoor shower is also available, providing a refreshing way to rinse off after a day of outdoor activities.

New additions include a game room and gym featuring electronic darts, a sound system with Bluetooth connection (not to be removed), Star Wars digital pinball, Pac-Man/Galaga arcade, 3-in-1 game table, and a home theater area for sports and movie nights. 🎮🏋️‍♂️🎥

Access to Bella Vista community amenities, including swimming pool and hot tub.

Driveway accommodates at least 3 vehicles (including a boat), no parking beneath the house past the 2nd column.

Reduced rates available for monthly rentals from October through February.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire house, including all amenities in the garage.

Other Things to Note:
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.

ACCESS CODE: We have a lock box placed at the property. You won't need to go to an office and pick up keys. This code will be a part of the check-in instructions sent 30 minutes prior to your arrival. When you get in the area you can go straight to the property, unpack, relax and enjoy.

INCIDENTALS: The house comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and bath towels. There is a coffee maker.

SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.

SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.

In the house, we provide a detailed guest book, including some of our favorite things to do around Port Aransas.

This property is managed by Sand Key Vacation Rentals. We are located at 221 W. Avenue A Suite 6 in Port Aransas. We are open 9 - 5 Monday - Sat and 10 - 3 on Sunday. Our hours in the Summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day) are 9-6 Monday-Saturday and 10-5 on Sunday. Please get in touch with our office if you need assistance.

Mustang Island

Great rental for a family vacation. Port Aransas is a fun little town with plenty of restaurant and shopping. Corpus Christi has plenty to do. The Uss Lexington Museum is a must, and the Texas State Aquarium is next door.
