Great Family Rental!

Reviewer Comments: It was wonderful-close to the beautiful beaches , right on the main strip—loved the unit!My 1st time in Port Aransas.Only suggestion I have-would have been nice to have tv in room with bunk beds and if they had a toaster. Other then that, no complaints!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon entering the rental a pungent smell slaps you in the face as a greeting along with filth from previous renters and lack of cleaning. From the eyelashes on the baseboards to used bar soap and hair ties in the shower, this place was filthy. However it gets worse as we go on. In the King room on the first floor there was a strong urine smell emitting from the area rug that greeted you every time you entered. Would not recommend to anyone and will be finding different management company to rent from next time.

The location to the beach, food and golf cart rentals is perfect. The space gave our family of 7 enough room (and bathrooms for our mostly girls)to feel spread out and not cramped. We were able to easily fit two trucks, one SUV and a golf cart in the parking area. The property management team was very helpful and kind. I whole heartedly recommend!

Fit for a Family and More

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I, our 2 daughters and their families were super happy with Flamingo Fun. The spaces were beautifully decorated, all beds were ever so comfy,bathrooms off every bedroom was so smart. The kitchen and living space accommodated all needs of the 10 of us. Location Location location. We walked to the beach and love having the the Bier Haus right across the street complete with a band on the weekend nights. Parking underneath the condo was great and it was super convenient to be able to rinse off in the garage shower before heading upstairs. We loved the pool configuration. An evening swim was always on the menu. Our absolute favorite was the condo elevator that allowed us to unload and load our luggage into the elevator and drop items off on the floor they belonged on. Also, allowed my husband, a disabled vet to move freely from floor to floor without using the stairs in this 3 story until. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future. It was a WIN WIN for us.
