Great vacation home

Good for a group

We had 8 adults and 4 children and this was perfect for our group. We liked not being in the middle of the Port A hubbub but still close enough to run in for dinner/souvenirs/groceries. The beach was not crowded at all.

Excellent Beach house.

The house is really comfortable with excellent amenities. A great outdoor shower, a lot of beach towels, excellent living area and bedrooms. Really thoughtful amenities like a baby gate, blender and good cooking pots. The only cons is that beach access is 1.2 mile away and needs a car. The access is Beach Access Road 2 and is not crowded. Also there are not a lot of microwavable dishes.

Easter Weekend Rental

Our Easter sunrise on the beach group really enjoyed this house! It was perfect for our group of 12, including 8 adults and 4 kids. The beds were soft and the neighborhood is quiet. There were plenty of towels and linens provided. The pool and hot tub area is beautiful. While it is close to the beach (accessible by a short car ride) it's not "steps from the beach" as described. There is currently not a boardwalk to get to it from this neighborhood. I would recommend this property, but add that little disclaimer.

The home was very beautiful. We slept well at nights. Kitchen was missing a few useful items Not step from the beach. Access roads were a few miles away. Enjoy our week.

Absolutely not steps to the beach. Sadly we did not go to the beach because there was no accessibility except by driving. Passes difficult to obtain. Very limited parking due to festival. House is cute but has a lot of deferred maintenance. Broken towel bars. Range is broken. Only 4 chairs at the pool and three were broken. The fourth bedroom with king bed is located outside the home completely separate from the home. Only accessible by walking down an exterior staircase. We were planning to each have our own bedroom and bath but chose not to use this separate unit because it was not part of the house. This was not disclosed in the listing. Kitchen lacking several items needed for preparing meals. Bathroom had only two washcloths available. Poor water pressure. Difficult entry. Why have an entry code that is TEN digits? Not a property we would return to.
