Sunset Oasis at Dawn Patrol

We loved the sunsets, the pool, the layout and the convenience to Rockport! Don’t miss out on a visit to all the quaint shops - I think the owners of Dawn Patrol must shop at these boutiques because the decor was sooooooooo cute!

Wonderfully furnished, and great layout for enjoying with friends. Plenty of space to gather and hang out comfortably after a long day of fishing. Plenty of space on the ground level patio or 2nd story deck for a group meal and evening conversations while watching the sunset at the end of the canal. Rooms were great, comfortable, and couldn't have asked for much more.

Excellent Vacation Home

Our neighbors and my family shared this house for a few days and we had a wonderful time. The layout of the house is great. It was very clean! There is a private pool and an area to fish right in front of the house. It’s only about a 6 minute drive to Rockport Beach. We definitely recommend this house!

Family fun in Rockport

Our family had a fun-filled time at the Dawn Patrol house! The kids enjoyed the pool and the relaxing outdoor patios. The outdoor sink and mini-fridge came in handy and there was plenty of room for everyone. We had no technical issues and everything worked well. We were minutes away from Rockport beach and the drive to Corpus Christi was not too long either. Very peaceful as well!

Relaxing weekend

We brought our boat down for a long weekend. This was perfect. We were able to launch at the harbor and have the boat parked at the house for our entire stay. Beats the heck out of loading a boat in and out of the water 3-4 times on a long weekend (Fri-Mon). Very clean and fully equipped!

Great start for boys fishing trip

We stayed on a 4 night fishing trip. The home was perfect. Very clean. Had everything we needed for bathrooms, bedrooms, laundry room and kitchen. The dock was a little tight for our fishing boat with the boat lift structure in the way but we made it work. We also used the fish cleaning station daily. It was perfect. The only negative was not planning a longer trip. Thank for an amazing stay.

Family Time

Enjoyed the leisure of walking out to fish right in the backyard. Water was too cold so we weren't able to enjoy your beautiful pool. But enough patio area to play games and relax. Home was beautiful and I loved the dual shower heads, Big plus for me, lots of areas throughout the house to lounge around. Plenty of utensils and cookware to cook, only lacked your basic salt and pepper. Other than that had a fantastic time in this beautiful home. Would definitely rent again

Lovely beach rental for families

The house is very clean, nicely decorated with plenty of seating in and out. The 4th bedroom/bathroom is downstairs on its own which the teenagers loved!! We enjoyed fishing off the dock area. The raccoons were fun to watch running around the houses. AC was plenty cold, beds were nice and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay!

Just WOW

What a beautiful home that allowed us to gather and make memories as a family. I cannot say anything negative - it was a 10/10 stay! The home is beautiful and offers everything you’d need for a weekend getaway. The private pool is so nice to retreat to and both upstairs and downstairs patio areas are so comfortable and perfectly shaded.
