This spacious two-story retreat sits on two full lots and offers over two thousand square feet of indoor living space, giving your whole group room to spread out, relax, and enjoy island life at a slower pace. Whether you're here for beach days, boat days, or simply soaking up the South Texas sunshine, Palma Verde delivers comfort, space, and the kind of laid-back coastal charm that makes vacations feel effortless.
Start your mornings on the oversized wrap-around porch with a cup of coffee in hand, listening to the island wake up around you. Spend your afternoons exploring Port A's beaches, shops, restaurants, and marina, then come home to grill out, unwind, and enjoy quality time with family and friends. With a long driveway and ample parking, this home is perfect for larger groups and guests bringing a boat, extra vehicles, or simply wanting the convenience of plenty of space.
Palma Verde is less than a five-minute drive to the beach, and if you want to experience the island like a local, you can rent a golf cart and cruise around town with ease.

MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT

• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking
• A copy of the driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older

GOLF CART INFORMATION

• Add a 6-seater golf cart to your booking for $175 per day
• Must request 48 hours or more before your arrival
• We are your one-stop shop for island transportation and beach access

BEACH GEAR CREDIT INCLUDED

Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay. As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest. Please note, a small delivery fee may apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• A two-night minimum stay is required
• Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 PM but there is no guarantee
• Starter set includes two trash bags, dish soap, two dish-washing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies
• Starter items are intended for one night only and we will not resupply the home
• Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay
• Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time
• No refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance
• Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes/pests can be plentiful several times per year
• Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month
• WiFi is not compatible with guests working remotely during their stay. We do not guarantee a good connection due to spotty internet on the island
