3 generations family vacation

We loved our stay and were all sad we didn’t stay longer. The elevator helped with my 80+ mom being able to get from pool, rooms and living area. We drove to the beach and wonderful restaurants but also enjoyed cooking several meals here. Plenty of room for everyone to be together or to get some “me time”. We will be back.

Beach side oasis

We loved every minute in the house!! It was clean, spacious, warm and inviting. We loved the beach theme in every room. Spacious dinning room and living room. There was enough space for all of us to play games and hang out in the evenings. The pool was fantastic!! We would stay there again!!

Great stay, minimal inconveniences

Overall this was a great stay. Would have given 5 stars, but had 2 minor issues. First, the water/ice dispenser on the fridge did not work. Wouldn’t have been an issue if we’d have known this beforehand. Second, the light in the pool did not work which bummed the kids out. Otherwise, the house and location were great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our extended family had wonderful stay here. We enjoyed sitting on the top balcony and watching the clouds and beach. The house and pool were clean and comfortable. The open kitchen and living area were perfect. The bedrooms and baths were perfect for our family. We traveled to the beach in our cars and did not rent a golf cart.

Family Beach Trip

There are A LOT of stairs to this house so be prepared for that. Great views from balcony & roof top deck. Overall good stay!

Great Trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Looney Dunes was an excellent size for my family of 9. We all fit comfortably and had plenty of space to rest after a day at the beach. The pool was well maintained and a nice break from the sand. The kitchen had quite a few amenities, though the coffee makers appeared to be older/ not functioning well and the dishes needed to be washed prior to use. You can’t beat the view from the roof deck, where we enjoyed many happy hours. Felt safe and secure during our stay, and everything we needed was close by! We had a wonderful time!

Nice stay

The rental was comfortable it was a nice stay for the 2 nights we stayed but we did notice a few flaws. First the house has roaches. It was a little hard falling asleep after the first few we saw. The blinds in the 2nd floor was dirty like something was spilled and never cleaned and some were very dusty. The house didn’t provide Netflix or Disney plus so we had our kids use their tablets. I do have to say the elevator inside was in great use. Beds were comfortable, couches were comfortable. The pool was nice and refreshing. Some door knobs were really hard to turn to go out to the balconies.

Coastie Spring Break 2026

We were a party of 8! This was my son’s spring break from the US Coast Guard Academy so we brought him home! The neighborhood & house were awesome! We were very comfortable and able to cook our planned meals! Very safe. Thank you for a wonderful time!!

Coastal retreat

Lots of space to relax and unwind especially on the balconies and roof top deck where you can see the beautiful sunsets. Comfortable beds and great family room. Lots of wonderful family memories made this summer.
