Beach vacation

The place was great, the kids loved the swimming pool. The other renters were respectful and quiet, although I don't think my kids were quiet at all. Definitely coming back.

Awesome place

I would definitely tell all who want to stay near Corpus Christi to stay here! Loved having room as though I was home and could enjoy the beauty of the beach!!

Wonderful stay!

My family and I had a great experience. The beach was only a short walk away and the suite and complex were exactly as described. We would rent this suite again in a heartbeat!

Cozy and Close

Very clean and colorful. Close enough to walk to a private beach was great. Everything we needed was provided. Rooms were spacious, didnt feel cramped at all for the four of us.

Fun Stay

Inside of condo was updated and clean, outside of condo and property around needs updating. Rusty stairs and building needs painting- path to beach is full of weeds and uneven rock. It made the trip to the beach with a wagon hard. The inside of the condo is updated and nice kitchen with all utensils needed. Only thing is the 2 pull out couches are very uncomfortable and the L shape position they are set up in makes it so only one pull out can be used at a time. Other than that it was a great stay.

Condo was very clean, in great location, close to the beach and felt safe with my mom, 2 sisters and 2 babies. Would definitely stay again. Only con was there weren’t any cooking oil, seasonings, coffee or sugar, due to COVID which is understandable so I would just make sure to bring that next time. Also you will need bug spray. The mosquitoes were out to attack you as soon as you stepped one foot outside and when you are walking down the path to the beach. Not sure if it’s just this time of year but OFF was our best friend. But other than that we really enjoyed our time here and highly recommend!

But we were happily surprised by the view facing the Causeway. The view from the balcony was excellent.It was a very nice condo with plenty of room. Nice appliances; the kitchen was very nice. The king size bed was comfortable (the queen in the other room less so). The living room furniture has seen better days and a couple window blinds don't open and close properly, but the condo is in otherwise excellent shape. We will stay here again!

Location is the Key at Pathway to the Sea!

Our family stayed in this townhome in October 2021 and really loved this unit. The decor was coastal and beachy. All tv's and appliances worked properly. The guest bedroom maximized its space by adding a twin bed along with the queen bed which was perfect for our family. Both bathrooms are spacious. The balcony faces Lake Padre and when you open up the blinds to see the lake it makes the unit feel scenic and spacious. Due to Covid, the comforters were different than shown in the picture and the outdoor patio pillows were put away. The balcony is a great feature! Can't say enough about the location of this property to the beach - location, location, location! The complex pool is spacious and has a great sun ledge, but no hot tub. The shared gas grilling station was honestly really great and we all would gather for lunch after swimming in the pool in the picnic area next to the grill. Overall, we had a fantastic stay!

Lovely stay but needs aome improvements

Great beach access, but the beds are hard as a rock. Need to really get new mattresses. A little discerning that the cleaning fee is so high when we found grapes and trash under the couches, and when we wash our hands the water was clogged, well we found a bunch of hair and crap in the sink plug...... But if those where fixed it would be perfect!!! Seriously my back is killing me due to the bed....get new mattress.
