The great room features vaulted ceilings, well equipped kitchen, dining area with a table for 6, extra seating at the breakfast bar and a living area all open with delightful coastal décor and a split bedroom plan. The primary features a king bed and private bath. On the other end of the home are two bedrooms, one with a queen, one with two sets of twin bunk beds and a shared full bath. THERE IS A BRAND NEW 55" SMART TV IN THE LIVING ROOM. A private breezeway features a sitting area and an outdoor shower for rinsing off. Pirates Bay features landscaped walking paths through the complex, two fabulous slope entry pools, fire pit area and a large kids play area. It is close to many of the restaurants, bars and shops that Port Aransas has to offer. This is not a golf cart accessible property. Parking for 2 vehicles only. STR#514292

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A two-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
