Cute small house with great space for us. Great stay close enough to the beach and with the rental of a golf cart easy to get around.

Hidden Gem
We loved this house and the “off the beaten path” location! The community is small and intimate, the community pool is easily viewable from the front porch of the house. The house was well appointed with the needed utensils and supplies. A very pleasant stay and an easy commute to the beach and town.

Great Girls Getaway
We really enjoyed this cabin. It was clean and the location was perfect. The pool was a great addition for the late night when we didn’t want to be at the beach.

Great little house and perfect for family
The overall property was beautiful and very inviting. The space was perfect for the 7 of us and we had more than enough room . The only downside is the bed in the master bedroom was awful . It was very squeaky and rickety , flat , and uncomfortable. Other than that it was a nice stay .

This house was perfect for our beach vacation! Accommodations were as listed! Just be prepared to wash your bath towels a couple times as there were only a few!

We love staying at the houses on this cul de sac. We have a girls trip here every year! There’s plenty of room and everything we need and a short drive to the beach and town. The perfect place to stay in Port A!

Cute place close to the beach
Very nicely laid out, worked great for our group. Even had. A little pool (no shade and few chairs though) and multiple parking spots. All the cottages are off a short driveway, so in the evenings kids were playing in the front. Just overall cute place 😊 If you have a large group, they are light on the supplies - garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and no toiletries so bring your own. But overall, really enjoyed it, and a good value for the price.

Family July 4th trip
The location was a short distance to the beach and many restaurants. A few items for the property manager to look into, the bedrooms all had TVs but didn’t have cable, the master bedroom’s bed was squeaky and not comfortable to sleep on at all. At one point during our stay the cable didn’t work on the tv in the living room. The shower door in the master bathroom felt it was going to fall off and there was mold in the shower lining. Overall the property was fine along with location and the amenities!

Just so you know there was a random broken finger nail just sitting on one of the end tables. I have a picture if you would like it. Also they floors have never been mopped. They are disgusting!! I would never rent here again.

Great House, Close to the Beach
Loved staying in this little casita. It was clean and well organized with a variety of kitchen supplies. I loved the Tropical Wave theme and all the décor. It is close to the beach, restaurants, CVS and Dollar General right around the corner if you forget to bring something from home. Only a couple of complaints. The bed in the master is super squeaky so when you move around it makes a lot of noise. Other downside is all the houses are very close together and the driveway/parking area is a little tight. We were able to park 2-3 cars on the side of the house and then you get one assigned parking for your unit in the parking lot so definitely not a deal breaker. I would definitely stay here again.

Port A Family Trip
Very homie, clean, organized, not far from the beach. The mattress on the couch needs to be replaced and the cover sheet was dirty. Kids complained it was warm In the room where the bunk beds are. Maybe having a fan wouldn’t hurt. Other then that everything was perfect. 🙂

My stay experience
The location was great and it was a nice place. But it was not clean at all. The floors were very dirty and there was no dust pan to help clean it our selves. All the countertops were definitely not wiped down, including restroom counters too. Even the kitchen table had crumbs and was sticky. It made me wonder if the sheets were even washed. Also the ice maker didnt work. The pool was a great size for the kids but was also full of debris and had crabs crawling around. We didnt mind the crabs but there was no net to clean up the pool. Another family there also decided not to swim because they saw how dirty it was. The day were checking out is when we saw someone finaly checking on the pool.
