This is very good and safe place to stay, i was there with family and my kids enjoyed the games in reception area as well as very good staff and breakfast. i really enjoyed Tru!!

It was in a very convenient location. Check in and out was very quick and easy. The lobby was always very clean and they had a nice selection for breakfast.

We usually stay at this hotel 10 times a year for holidays and during summer time , it’s our go to as we stayed once 4 years ago and loved the staff ,easy check in and everything included but this time we had a really unpleasant stay , we unloaded everything lowered the ac and went out to family’s for new years when we got back the room was not cool and the ac was not working properly , given last time our mount wasn’t on properly they moved us to a different room but we had our 4 children with us including 2 babies and it was to much to move so we dealt with it , then having all of us shower before bedtime I went in the shower to see what I counted as 10-12 baby roaches all in the shower and ceiling of the shower I had to get the cup under the sink and rinse them down and clean the shower again , and to add to everything the sink in the bathroom wasn’t allowing water flow so just washing out hands that water took 1 hr to finally drain when we got up to brush our teeth it was just gross having all that water clogged in the bathroom sink , we will definitely be back because this is our favorite go to place and haven’t had another hotel in 4 years I just hope the next visit will be better then this one because if this is how it will continue to be I think we will just have to find a new spot

We had a handicapped room. The bathroom had a tub which was very slippery and not easy to climb in and out of for disabled people. This soap containers were difficult to squeeze for arthritic hands, and more difficult with wet hands. The weather was cool and there was no blanket for the bed. We could hear every footstep from the room above as the rooms are not carpeted. No sound proofing between floors. The breakfast was fair, however the pancake mix was empty when we arrived for breakfast. That meant no pancakes. I don’t recommend staying here.

Property was convenient to restaurants and highway. Lobby was bright and inviting. The outdoor sitting area was nice however, the pool table was filthy so we didn't use it. The woman at front desk during check in was welcoming and nice. Room 230 has water spots on the walls and mold in the bathroom. When I brought it up to front desk, a gentleman , all he did was write it down. No apology or sense of importance. We will never stay here again.

Price for value
For the price, it was not as nice as I expected. The room was nice size, but nothing in the room worked like the blinds the toilet the bed was comfortable clean, but not somewhere I would stay again at that price.

Front desk is excellent as always, Paul and Miranda are the best, super nice people... only 1 issue, the blinds in my room would not close, so the world could see me dancing around topless. Not a pretty sight, but, I'll be back.

The hotel was okay, but I don't think I will stay there again. They need to improve in keeping the common areas cleaner, the carpet inside the elevator was super dirty and stained. Breakfast was okay, the printer in the business station did not work, and the front desk people could have been more friendly, they looked bored, only one of them was nice but she did not have the answers to simple questions. To be part of the Hilton chain needs to improve a lot.
