Great family stay
The house was perfect size for our family of six. Plenty of towels and linens for us to use. Easy walk to the beach and pool! The washer/dryer was an added bonus for our wet and stinky clothes before packing up!

Great location! Photo of the house needs updating it has houses built all around it. The place Fit all 9 really well. Only issue we had was the people before us left a terrible fish smell in the dishwasher, carpets really needed to be cleaned but besides that it was a great place to stay. The host communicated well with us throughout our stay! Would still come back overall best part was just a short walk to the beach like we had hoped for.

I would not stay in this house again
This property is in a great location but we were so disappointed with our stay. We had a cleanliness issue that made one of the beds completely unusable for the duration of our stay. We were never able to get this issue resolved and it completely changed the sleeping arrangements we had made. We also planned on cooking but were missing several items I would expect in any standard kitchen. The kitchen utensils were barely enough for our family to use, we ended up having to wash them after every meal and use plastic silverware. Everything was mismatched. There wasn’t even basic salt and pepper. The setup of the kitchen made it difficult to prepare meals like we planned. We have stayed in other homes at the beach and they had everything stocked that we needed to be able to cook, which meant all we had to bring was the food. If you stay in this house, plan to eat out or bring your own cookware, silverware, can openers and everything you need to cook. The location was nice and the proximity to the beach was great, but we would not stay in this house again. We definitely will not be using Vacasa either. The customer service was dismissive and never resolved the issues we discussed.

Very Nice House
The house was very good with a well equipped kitchen although we did contribute a potato masher. The description about how close to the beach it is was misleading. It is not a 2 minute walk, it was more like a 5-10 minute walk. 2 minutes to the boardwalk not to the beach. Also it really only sleeps 9 in a bed, 10 would have to use the couch. Not enough mugs for coffee and the temperature was difficult to control. Washer and dryer were wonderful and the beds were comfortable, but I would like to have had a dust mop.. It would have been nice to be able to watch a tv program and the news. Seating was good and we enjoyed the table for dinning and playing cards. Overall a good stay.

The property was good, great location from the beach, and very spacious. The only drawback, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, the pullout bed had dirty linen and had Cheetos on top, and had a few uninvited guest (roaches).

Great house
The house was nice and clean. It's well set up for a group stay. We enjoyed our week-long stay. The only downside was the house being built right next door; lots of hammering all day. The grill outside should be replaced- we made it work, but it's falling apart. Thanks!

We had a great time celebrating my daughter’s 5th birthday! Place was super clean when we arrived. Beds were comfortable and perfect size for our family. Loved the prívate beach access and community pool! Check in / check out process was super easy! We will definitely stay here again! 😊

Very nice and clean place for my family.
This house was equipped with all our needs and besides supplying the food we ate, I only needed/wanted to rent a golf cart. We will be coming back again and only hope to get the same location each time!

Vacation to recharge
This home is stunning. Close to the beach in a really pretty neighborhood and ideal for a bunch of people. The only little inconvenience (notably will be temporary) was that a house is being built next to this property which got noisy in the day. We could not enjoy breakfast on the beautiful balcony. However everything else was amazing! We will definitely return!! Great visit.

Perfect house for a young family
We enjoyed our stay here. I loved the carpeted stairs for our two infants to travel up and down. The opening at the top was too wide for our baby gate, so we placed our large cooler across it to control access. The Master closet was huge, perfect size for the baby's playpen for sleep. The front balcony was great for spending afternoon snack time relaxing. Loved the 24-hour service feature; the management team was very responsive. Downstairs bedroom was great for when the baby wanted to play in the middle night, so I entertained her downstairs while others slept upstairs. Home was well stocked and clean. Only issue was mosquitos. We kept finding and killing mosquitos upstairs, despite our best efforts to keep doors shut at all times. But overall, we loved this house and would recommend it for families.

Nice house. We had a bit of a problem with the front door lock, but they worked hard to fix it. Building a new house next door that will make the porch a bit more claustrophobic, its nice and open right now. But we have come back.

The house was suitable for our short stay. As others have noted, there are no decent knives, only a few steak knives. And there was nothing to clean with in the kitchen. A brush for pots but nothing at all for counters. We ended up buying a sponge. Oddities that didn’t impede our stay.

Wonderful time!
This group of friends meet annually to go hiking. This year we decided to meet at the beach. We had a great time. The downstairs (main floor) had some issues. The shower had little water pressure. There were bugs (kinda normal for the main floor) and it was loud when people walked above. Overall it was a great vacation. The house was very clean and the kitchen well stocked. I do recommend bringing your own knife. There was just one little knife. The house was the closest to the beach we have ever been. Not even a 5 minute walk to the bridge. There was plenty of seating around the living area and lots of options for dining inside and out. From the balcony, you can hear the ocean. We loved this home!

Great Beach Getaway
Great house, great location. The only issue we had was that the front door lock wouldn't work. We were able to get in using a lock box key but that made it a little inconvenient with multiple family members going different directions and returning at different times. Bring your own salt and pepper and anything else you might need. We had a great time and would return to stay here again.

Perfect Cozy Beach House
Our stay was perfect. The house was very clean, beds were comfy, location was fabulous. We had everything we needed and more. We loved the porches. The boardwalk to the beach is a short walk away. Only thing I can think of to suggest to the owner, is to provide some door stoppers, to keep the doors propped open, but that is hardly a complaint. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful place
Overall the place is perfect with everything you need to stay there a week. Had a little issue the last night with palmetto bugs but we are by the gulf so things like that have to be expected. The place was spotless when we got there.

Great house! I would definitely stay here again. Two complaints would be: 1) a super long door code that made it inconvenient for getting in and out. 2) posting says it sleeps 10 but would only say 9 tops unless you count the hammock outside

Wonderful Beach Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It's roomy and comfortable and fully equipped for a family. It's an easy 5-10 minute walk to the beach via the boardwalk. The internet and Direct TV worked well, beds were comfortable, towels were thick and fluffy, and laundry room was convenient. We'd drink coffee on the front upstairs balcony and ate dinner on the back balcony after grilling on the downstairs patio. My only suggestion would be to have some table lamps in the living room, as the overhead lighting is too much at night. And although there are beds for 7-8, the living area only seats five max. But I would recommend this property and hope to stay there again.

the place could use some deep cleaning... but otherwise a great place. there were some clothes left over from some prior renters in a chest of drawers. ceiling fans need a good cleaning. great location, adequate accessories and such in the house.

First trip to Port Aransas
Great property! Super clean, spacious and comfortable. Decorated nicely and very tasteful. We have rented several vacation rentals and this one ranks high in the list. Neighborhood was nice and clean as well. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, great dining area for family meals and TWO refrigerators..nice plus!! Walkway to the beach was convenient. Property management were attentive with things like garbage, etc. Two suggestions....a few more kitchen essentials could be added (strainer, pizza cutter, etc) and a journal for vacationers to write in. Previous stays we have found some great suggestions by reading what others have done. However, these are trivial things and would never keep me from revisiting.

Best vacation
The property was beautiful and spacious. There were two refrigerators which made things very easy and the kitchen was stocked with good quality pots and pans to make cooking easy. The home was beautiful and well kept. The kids loved that they had their own space down stairs. We were able to have two families in the house and we never felt like we were on top of each other.
