L'hotel è sicuramente molto bene tenuto, la camera confortevole, la colazione più che soddisfacente e il personale è disponibile ed efficiente. Tuttavia, qualunque fosse stata la motivazione, avremmo gradito sapere che non avremmo trovato né il parcheggio, né il servizio ristorante, né il centro wellness: non ci è sembrato corretto scoprirlo una volta arrivati.

Amazing holiday

The experience was way better than expected, after an an extensive search for hotels in the area I’m am really satisfied in choosing this hotel. The staff was very friendly and very professional. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean. The proximity to the slopes was very convenient. The breakfast was good. The only downside was the dinner, the portions were quite small and food was bland. Would definitely recommend and would visit again

ottima posizione ,non lontano dal centro anche se

considerate le quattro stelle attribuite mi aspettavo di trovare un posto degno delle suddette...sulla camera possiamo anche sorvolare, niente di eccezionale ,ma sul cibo delusione totale...anche i bambini che di solito mangiano tutto ,sono rimasti con l'amaro in bocca...dal momento dell'ordinazione a che ci hanno serviti sono passati due minuti circa. .Ciò significa che tutto era già stato cotto precedentemente e poi riscaldato ;a malincuore devo dire che in autogrill ho mangiato molto meglio... Inoltre miniclub inesistente nonostante la pubblicità e il pienone del ponte di sant ambrogio

Lovely Hotel on the slopes

Very comfortable and well appointed hotel. Extremely friendly staff. Able to ski out and in from the pistes so not necessary to use a ski bus to get to the slopes. Central location for the amenities of the town. Very happy with our weeks stay.

Bella vacanza.

Impossibile regolare la temperatura della camera (tempeartura troppo alta e clima troppo secco), la tv digitale funziona a singhiozzo (a quando una piattaforma satellitare?). Club Card eccessivamente costosa a fronte di un aperitivo di benvenuto a cui non siamo arrivati in tempo!
