Great property!

Great stay! The property is really nice and cozy in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of amenities. We all had plenty of room. There’s a composting bucket and there’s even a small cooler and ice packs for the cooler. Nice little touches for convenience. Place is very close to Safeway and Walmart and plenty of other stores. We didn’t get to use the outdoor space but it’s really nice! Absolutely recommend.

Clean property

We spent Easter weekend at Jeff’s property which is easy to find. Close to the city park and walking trails. The kitchen nicely stocked as we hosted our son snd family for Easter dinner. Would absolutely stay here again.

Hidden gem, lovely host

We had a wonderful stay at David's place. The house had absolutely everything we needed and we felt immediately at home. David was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed over our stay. The house was perfect for our monthly getaway: a lot of space, good internet and very comfortable. We enjoyed the proximity with many national and state parks ( lots to do within a 3h drive!). The city of Cortez is big enough to offer some diversity of restaurants, there is a huge park next to the house to take a walk and Mesa Verde and the Sand Canyon are half an hour away. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful Location

Great property and warm home. The location was only 15 minutes to Mesa Verde National Park and about 45 minutes to Durango. There is a great coffee drive through just up the street and we had a great dinner at a local restaurant. I would recommend and definitely stay here again.

Mesa Verde getaway

Excellent place to stay near Mesa Verde park. Super quiet location but near everything you could need. House was spotlessly clean and kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. Would definitely recommend.

Nice property, strange experience

Originally, I was really excited about staying here, I thought it was what we needed. We travel often and take our kids with us ages 13-18 and they are all very well behaved. We encountered the host two times outside the property, which has never happened in our years of travel. He greeted us and counted our kids to make sure we were charged for them. We intended on paying for them, of course. We should've read the description thoroughly because we didn't realize the host lived in the driveway, which we were not comfortable with. The property is clean, amenities good, host was friendly enough, but the place is not for us.

Convenient location in Cortez, CO

I enjoyed my stay! It was quiet, located only a few miles from Mesa Verde National Park, and nearby a wonderful downtown area in Cortez. Clean and homey made for a comfortable stay.

Comfortable and convenient place

Comfortable place that met our needs. We had no issues with Communication with the owner. We were caught off guard when we came in the second night and found out that he stayed there on the property in a camper right outside the garage. We were never bothered by him but just wanted to make sure to be aware of this. Overall a good place to stay when you are traveling to see mesa Verda national park.
