Very nice accomodation

Surrounding very nice and quiet. Accomodation very comfortable and huge garden. Large Shilling pool. Everything compiled to have a very nice stay.

Beautiful villa in Tuscany

Our stay at this property was excellent. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor space for our whole family. Staff very responsive. Booked a chef through them for a night and had plenty of leftovers. Would highly recommend a car as Cortona is only walkable uphill 3km along the road.

Great House in a lovely area

It was a wonderful experience for all of us. Very beautiful place and location. Some of the kitchen equipment would be appreciated if there is an upgrade on stove, BBQ and similar. We would love to be back next year.

Great location- lovely stay

We had a fabulous week - we were 9 adults. Location was great - 5 minute drive up the hill to Cortona and 5 minute drive to grocery store and train station in Camucia. The property is spacious the garden is great. Note that 3 bedrooms are in an attached annex and 5 bedrooms in the main house. We had lovely dinners in the kitchen dining room every night. The kitchen is wells stocked with 2 big fridges and everything you need. And the hosts organized a chef for a celebratory night which was amazing. It was early season and we used the pool two days. Communication was good and prompt. There were some extra fees which we were not aware of when we booked for cleaning and electric- just good to know. The furnishings in the living room are getting tired and are not the comfiest but if you are coming in summer you’ll likely be outside more than we were! Also note that the only places to sit outside are either at the dining style table or at the pool. We had a great stay overall and the location is central to many of the towns to explore in Tuscany and easily accessible to Florence by train or car. I would definitely recommend this beautiful property.

We were a family group of 15 ranging in age from 20 to 92. We used the pool every day. Laughed at the clothes dryer because they have the same kind in Portugal where we vacationed. Many people walked into Camucia and enjoyed the restaurants grocery stores etc. Several of us have been to Italy before my first time in Assisi but we shared experiences with them. Staff was prompt to arespond to any problems. And a week of perfect weather makes it all the better

Bonjour Nous n’avons pas apprécié le fait que la climatisation soit payante. Non mentionné sur votre site. 650 euros de climatisation sur 15 jours c’est vraiment abusé. Machine à café qui ne marche pas fer à repassé 1 sur 3 qui marche piscine pas nettoyé régulièrement

Séjour de rêve en Toscane

Nous avons passé une formidable semaine de vacances en famille (5 couples avec des enfants adolescents et jeunes adultes) dans la Villa Fontocchio. La Villa, composée de 2 maisons attenantes indépendantes (mais donnant sur la même cour) est parfaitement conçue pour que chacun puisse vivre à son rythme, et que tous puissent se retrouver dans des espaces communs. La piscine est un peu à l'écart de la maison, ce qui permet d'en préserver le calme. Les équipements sont suffisants, et de bonne qualité (mobilier extérieur, transats à la piscine, vaisselle et électroménager ...). L'environnement, dans la campagne toscane est très agréable, sans être trop à l'écart des communes voisines (Centre de Camucia et Cortona à +/- 5 minutes). L'emplacement permet de rayonner facilement dans la région, avec de nombreux sites et villages historiques à proximité.

Tolles Haus, sehr schöne Umgebung.!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa: der Pool mit den Außenanlagen, die Zimmer usw. waren für uns ein idealer Ort für einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub.

Séjour très apprécié

Villa de caractère très confortable et agréable à vivre avec toutes les commodités. Environnement très calme dans un cadre champêtre avec beaux paysages alentours. Piscine très agréable (cadre verdoyant). Villa bien située entre le centre historique de Cortona qui est ravissant et la ville de Camucia bien pratique pour les courses.

Gute Lage, schöne Villa teilweise aber schon abgwohnt

Wir waren eine Gruppe aus 4 Familien und genoßen die Woche. Toller Pool. Schönes großes Grundstück. Ruhige und gute Lage, da man zu Fuß (ca. 35 h) nach Cortona gehen kann. Das Dorf Camucia (ca. 15 Min.) und auch der Bahnhof ist in Fußnähe. ACHTUNG: Es handelt sich um zwei Häuser, das war aus dem Inserat nicht rauszulesen. Da aber beide Häuser zusammen gebaut sind und beide Ausgänge auf die gemeinsame Terasse gehen, hat es uns nicht gestört. Leider war die Ausstattung nicht besonnders gut. Es fehlten Kochutensilien, wie z.B. Schöpflöffel, zu wenige kleine Löffel, ein Ofen ging nicht, ein Mückenschutz fehlte an einem Schlafzimmerfenster und die Einrichtung wie die Sofas waren doch schon sehr alt und durchgesessen. Wir waren froh, dass schönes Wetter war. Da stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht ganz. Die Betten waren sehr hart, was natürlich immer Geschmacksache ist, allerdings klagten nach ein paar Tagen alle unserer Freunde über verspannten Rücken. Netterweise war das frühere Einchecken kein Problem. Wir hatten dabei ein kleines Missverständis, (die Extrakosten in bar waren damals beim Buchen nicht angegeben) aber die deutschsprachige Vermittlerin war sehr nett und bemüht. Nun warte wir noch auf die Anwort von FeWo-direkt. Seit nun bald zwei Wochen...
