「The house is nice. It was clean and comfortable. I do feel the price was a bit high for the quality of the furnishings, materials, etc. Low end items look nice but aren’t very comfortable (e.g., couch and bed). The owner was nice and accommodating. Just felt a bit overpriced for what we got, otherwise 5 stars.」

「Old house which is part of the charm. Pretty setting. Very clean! No dish washer and old Correll dishes which contain lead paint. So bring paper plates. No dish soap be sure to put that on the list. Bring your own pillows too. Be sure you ask about having company before booking, if that is important to you. For only two nights it was fine. Charming downtown area to visit a short drive away. We were there for an event at the Ford center in evansville which was easy to get to about 15...

「This house was disgusting. The stove was unplugged and pulled away. There were bugs. There were empty drink bottles. We did not even stay here. I sent a note to the owner with pictures letting them know and I have gotten no response. Would not recommend this house or this owner.」
