“Had an amazing time and experience! The town of Hot Springs was very fun and gave the “small town vibe”. The House was very cozy and loved having a grill to cook on, along with the hot tub to relax in. I definitely would recommend to anyone and would go back in a heartbeat!”

“The only reason I gave communication a 4 star is because we had a tiny bit of trouble getting ahold of someone when our code didn’t work to enter their property. Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick. We were in town for a soccer tournament that was being held at the Rocky Top Sporting Complex and so this……

We also truly appreciate the very comfortable beds and the extras that the host provides (toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, hair ties, etc). “Beautiful views overlooking the city from the hot tub. My sons 11 & 14 loved hanging out by the fire pit and in the game room. The hosts provided smores, which was a nice touch. House was warm enough and even got hot when it was freezing outside, especially with the electric fireplace on. The drive is a short distance to downtown Pigeon Forge, which was great. Only issue we had was the upstairs shower handle broke on the second day of our vacation, so 6 of us had to share the downstairs bathroom……
