“Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),……

“I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Palacio del Agua by Faranda Hotels. From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere that blends modern elegance with Cartagena’s historic charm.
The room was spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The bed was great, and the design details made the stay feel special and relaxing. One of the highlights was the view—absolutely beautiful and very peaceful, perfect for enjoying the mornings and sunsets……
