Shrugged her shoulders when we asked if we could check in and we were stood in silence. Manager came. Couldn’t find a record of our booking even though I had the receipt. Didn’t know if we were all inclusive, even though we showed receipt. Told to go and eat whilst they sort our booking. Came back an hour later. Allowed to check in but hotel tried to charge us...

"The accommodation was brilliant, super modern and comfortable large rooms. The beds were soft and the bathroom was very spacious. Breakfast was great - lots of options and my mum who is gluten free was tailored to with various options. Also loved that there was matcha available!! Beach was literally across the road with super clear water. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and local shops. "
