“We enjoy the unlimited buffet brunch provided by the hotel. Food quality and quantity are both above average. Parking at hotel is not a big issue, although it’s free to park on the streets around the hotel, but it took us a while to find a parking space. And the gym in the hotel on the ground floor is very simple, not much equipment can be used although the space is big.”

“We were allocated a different room due to a ‘technical issue’ but were not told what this was. The room we were given had a smaller balcony but we were given breakfast as compensation. The breakfast was basic but passable, and the staff were friendly. The pool area is small but quaint, and relaxing. The bed and pillows were not great - two different sized pillows do not a good night sleep make. The bathrooms were excellent and well maintained / refurbished. All in all, an ok hotel. I……

The staff said the hotel manager was unavailable until Monday, dreadful experience & very disappointed with the buffet restaurant, service & staff reaction. “Hotel is quite dated, we paid for a premium room however you don't receive much for this. The nice sunbeds and pool as pictured is an additional €15 and €25 which isn't detailed anywhere. The grounds and pool are good but need better maintenance. The room was a bit tatty. Depends what you pay however I would expect a 3* more so than a 4* as advertised”

“I arrived late and had to check in after reception hours. The instruction was very clear, and Antonio was very prudent in calling me and making sure I had a smooth arrival. The place is lovingly designed, operated and maintained. I would suggest replacing the chipped toothbrushing cup and water glass, but other than this, this is a very well run, centric, and comfortable place to stay. I didn't have breakfast (which I regret) as I didn't manage to book it ahead. The breakfast spread looked good……
