Ein schönes Hotel direkt am Strand und super mit dem Zug erreichbar. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit allem was das Herz begehrt und super freundlicher Service. Auch im Restaurant super Ausblick auf das Meer. Ausstattung im Zimmer alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Schön ist auch die Skybar. Die Wände im Hotel waren etwas hellhörig, wenn man laute Nachbarn hatte, hat man diese leider gehört. Daher 4 von 5 Sternen.

Great basic hotel with a swimming pool and cool bar on the roof with fast waiter service. Breakfast was really good and plentiful. Perfect location to walk everywhere including the eco zoo & all the bars and fantastic restaurants plus the beach being directly opposite. Look forward to returning.

All staff were polite and helpful, hotel was clean and served our needs but the lift up to the swimming pool area was very hit and miss sometimes if worked sometimes it didn’t. Overall happy and and definitely use again if in the area.

Perfekt beliggenhed lige ved siden af stranden og en skøn pool på taget. Mange gode restauranter lige ved siden, som har åbent indtil kl 00. Meget flinke og hjælpsomme personale. Kan varmt anbefales, der er ikke noget at sætte en finger på. Ps. Jeg anbefaler også at man snupper morgenmaden på hotellet, der er stort udvalg og der er ikke så mange gode morgenmad-steder i byen.

The area is just perfect and every food craving will be satisfied by walking 5 minutes. The beach in front is perfectly accessible and walking to the mall is also great.

Our stay definitely got better fron when we arrived. On arrival, we were quite disappointed about the extra charges for tea and coffee facilities and the use of the safety deposit box and the hassle of getting things organised. And then a staff memeber in the rooftop bar didnt make us feel welcome on our first visit there and had a very aggressive tone . However, the reception staff and the room attendants were amazing. The rooms were cleaned really well every day and the receptionists were helpful.

The hotel is in a great location with plenty of bars and restaurants just outside. The pool is very small for a hotel of this size but you can see that from photos. We had a sea view room and the view was excellent, worth the extra money. The room was clean so no issues there. Only down side to this hotel was the aircon in the room wasnt very good, in the morning the room was very warm even with the curtains closed. The walls are also quite thin as you can hear next door.

Lovely hotel to stay in however the room was advertised with a kitchen with an extra cost. No rooms in this hotel have a kitchen. When I questioned this I was told it was a kitchen desk??. Basically a shelf with a small fridge underneath. Both the hotel and Expedia were very apologetic.

Fantastic location

The location in itself is fantastic, the central place with the pedestrian zone just behind the hotel with 50 bars and restaurants and an inferno of life. And just undring of the hotel the sand beaches with all what you can expect - including rental from sun loungers to ice cream, fish restaurants, water scooter rental, and even an amusement park for kids. The roof pool has great views. Then the but’s. Rooms are incredible… small. Guests don’t shower before entering the pool, so the water is… not for everyone One may only consume snacks or drinks purchased in the pool bar. The hotel charges for everything - like: towels, kettle, safety box. Yes, very surprising. I had dinner in the restaurant- it is a good buffet at a reasonable price. Still - if you can - spend a few EUR more and eat in a Calle Moncayo restaurant- there you get the atmosphere and not just the food. All-in-all I think the hotel deserves 4 stars, but the charge everything possible policy drags it down to 3 stars
