Loved the breakfast – everything was delicious, and there was a huge selection! We truly felt a warm welcome during our stay on the Royal Floor. Having a hot spring bath right in the room was such a special experience. The living room offers a great view of the harbor and the Mashu Maru ferry.

Excellent hotel!

Highly recommend this hotel if you stay in Hakodate. The room is very clean and comfortable. You can see that the hotels take care of every detail. The breakfast is also very good. You can even have salmon roe in the breakfast buffet. The location is great because it is next to the restaurant street and the tourist spots. We loved it very much!

First visit to Hakodate

I booked this hotel primarily for its seafood buffet that has been shared through social media. I am a huge uni and scallop fan so when I saw the mounds of seafood that were offered, there really was no other choice for me. The hotel itself is very modern and streamlined and the staff are extremely courteous. We arrived from Kyoto a bit late and was pleasantly surprised at how luxurious and comfortable our regular 7th floor room was. With all the necessary amenities provided, I think this hotel really exemplifies omotenashi.

Really nice hotel, easy walking distance from the Hakodate train station. In addition to beds, our room had a small side-couch and a desk, and there was enough space for several pieces of luggage. Air conditioning worked well, which was a relief in the current heat wave. The breakfast was great, featured a variety of Hokkaido seafood, as well as the usual Japanese and Western options. We did not use the spa. The front desk people were great, very nice and helpful when we were looking at restaurant and museum options. There was always at least one person who spoke some English.

朝食ビュッフェはメニューの豊富さ、質の高さで非常にお勧め、シャンパン、地酒も朝から堪能できます。 露天風呂を含む大浴場も満足度が高く癒やされました。 函館駅とベイエリアの間にあり、人気のスポットが徒歩圏、非常に便利なロケーションです。
