A true home from home experience. Located in the prestigious area of College Park, Costa Mesa, a few minutes walk from The OC Fairgrounds, a multitude of shops and restaurants, and Costa Mesa GC. Yet, so peaceful, tucked away at the end of a tree lined cul de sac with only a hand full of houses.

10 minutes from Newport Beach and has excellent transport links, I405, I5, CA73 and 55.

1750 sq ft, Open plan with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a large outdoor area surrounding the property. Garage, 60" & 55" LED TVs
Extremely well kept and furnished to a high standard. Real Log fire with a new 60" LED Smart TV above, high-speed internet with wi-fi signal inside and out.
Sumptuous living space with leather seating for 8, one being an electric massage chair. An antique piano for the cozy, family sing song in front of the roaring fire. Vaulted ceilings, wood flooring, Apple TV with free movies and sports.
Open plan through to the kitchen and dining area, with a very large wooden dining table. A newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen with granite tops, stainless appliances, with a coffee maker (Keurig) and fully stocked cupboards of pots / and etc.
Both the kitchen and dining areas have double French doors opening onto the very well designed and maintained private gardens, which surround the property. Both the front and rear have patio table and chairs for outdoor dining wherever the sun is. A fire-pit, A quality gas grill enable the full outdoor living experience OC is known for.
The bedrooms are all a good size. The master with a Kingsize, hardwood bed, a 40" Smart TV and a well appointed shower room.
A Queen in the 2nd bedroom and Full size bunks and a large twin make the 3rd bedroom great for sharing kids. A fold away single bed is provided too.

Great location
Only complaint was queen bed was hard as a rock. Heating came on and worked well to heat house quickly. Mgr was responsive but text , not call because his mail box is full. Nice set up on front and backyard.

Tranquil stay
I needed to find a place that didn’t have steps for my 89 year old Mom. We celebrated her birthday there and it perfect. Home was clean and conveniently located to many of the places my Mom wanted to go or see. I highly recommend.

Comfortable but lacking some of the amenities that were listed in the description of this property.
Great location, nice house, but never received the access notification letter to get code to get into house and wifi password, so had to call for that, so poor communication. None of these things listed such as 60 inch or 55 inch were in house, no extra linens or blankets,hair dryer or ping pong table or games were there and no fitted sheet on king size bed and no key for garage. Overall good family stay for us, but would help it things were there as advertised. Would choose another place next time.
